Who We Are and What This Page Covers

Private Jet Charter Plainfield arranges private flights for travelers in Plainfield, Indiana and the surrounding area. This website is informational. It explains our charter options and how to reach us, and the only way to contact us is by phone at (317) 516-0084.

This policy explains what information passes through the site and through our calls, and what we do with it. We kept it short so you can read it in a few minutes.

What the Website Collects on Its Own

There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups here, so the site does not ask you for your name or contact details. Like most websites, our hosting server keeps ordinary logs of visits, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of each visit. These logs help us keep the site running and spot technical problems.

Cookies and Basic Analytics

We may use basic analytics cookies to see which pages get read and how visitors find us. That tells us in general terms what is useful, not who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading.

What You Share When You Call

When you call for a quote, you decide what to tell us. To price a flight we usually ask about departure and arrival points, dates, the number of passengers, luggage, and whether a pet is coming along. You may also give us your name and a phone number so we can follow up with your written quote.

We use these details to plan and quote your trip and to arrange the flight if you book. When a charter goes ahead, we share only what is needed with the aircraft operator and the FBO handling your departure.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to advertisers. We do not add callers to marketing lists without asking first.

Keeping Information Safe

We take reasonable, everyday care with the notes we keep from calls and with access to our website systems. No method of storing or sending information is perfect, so we keep what we hold limited to what a trip actually needs.

Questions or Changes

If you want to know what we have on file from a call, or would like us to correct or remove it, reach us at (317) 516-0084 and we will walk through it with you. We may update this page from time to time, and the version posted here is the current one.
